Rate: 8-9% (depends on term)
Minimum of 3.5% payments will be due if paid of early
(Ex:$100,000 loan x full term @ 8% = $8,000
$100,000 x early payoff of 3% = $3,500)
Monthly interest payments only with a balloon at the end of term.

Term: 12 months
Rate: 7-8%
Minimum of 3% payments will be due if paid of early
(Ex:$100,000 loan x full term @ 7% = $7,000
$100,000 x early payoff of 3% = $3,000)
Monthly interest payments only with a balloon at the end of term.
